Context
Change Ya Tune was created as a grassroots music event focused on bringing together emerging artists, audiences, and local culture within Liverpool.
Developed as an evolution of earlier event series, the project shifts away from one-off activations towards building a consistent platform one that blends music, visual identity, and community into a recognisable and growing brand.
Now at its fifth event, Change Ya Tune continues to expand its presence, with plans to launch a dedicated clothing line in September 2026 as part of its next phase.
Creative Role
Founder & Creative Director
Event concept and development
Creation of all visual artwork and identity
Ongoing brand development across event and apparel

Execution
Each event is built around a distinct visual identity, with original artwork created to promote and define every edition of Change Ya Tune.
The designs draw from music culture, poster aesthetics, and street-level energy—creating a consistent yet evolving visual language that reflects the tone of each lineup and venue.
This identity extends across digital promotion, physical materials, and on-site environments, ensuring the artwork is embedded within the experience rather than sitting alongside it.
As the platform has grown, the visual direction has begun to transition into apparel—translating the artwork into wearable formats that carry the identity beyond the event itself.
Outcome
Delivery of 5 live music events in Liverpool
Established a recognisable visual identity across all editions
Built a growing community around the platform
Expansion into clothing brand launching September 2026
Impact
Change Ya Tune functions as both an event series and a creative outlet—allowing artwork, music, and community to develop together.
The project represents a shift from commissioned work to self-initiated platform building, creating long-term potential across events, merchandise, and wider cultural collaborations.
