Context
As part of Eurovision’s presence in Liverpool, the Sound of Freedom initiative aimed to celebrate music’s ability to connect people across borders, cultures, and experiences.
The project formed part of a wider city-wide programme, using public art to reflect the spirit of the event while engaging both local audiences and international visitors.

EXECUTION
The mural was developed in response to the theme Sound of Freedom, using a dynamic, free-flowing visual language to represent movement, expression, and connection.
The composition brings together elements inspired by music, culture, and unity—layered to create a sense of rhythm and energy within the piece.
Created at scale within a public setting, the work was designed to be immediately impactful while also holding depth on closer viewing—balancing accessibility with detail.
The mural sits within the wider context of the city during Eurovision, becoming part of the visual landscape experienced by both residents and visitors throughout the event.
